Big Pandan Leaves

Sesame Seeds

Oyster Sauce

White Pepper Powder

Fish Sauce
Toothpicks
, for securing the chicken

Skinless and Boneless Chicken Legs
, (cut into 8 pcs)

Soy Sauce

teaspoon
Sesame Oil
1/4
teaspoon
Sugar

tablespoon
Fresh Lime Juice

Directions

Mix the chicken pieces with soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, sugar, oyster sauce, lime juice, sesame seeds and white pepper. Stir and mix well.
Put a piece of the chicken towards the end of each pandan leaf and roll it up tightly.
Hold tight with a tooth pick. Repeat for all other chicken pieces.
Deep fry in medium hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
Allow chicken to drain on paper towels.
Dish out and serve hot.
