A recipe for a delicious and simple lamb stew, using tender lamb cubes and vegetables.

This fragrant recipe is an easy to make, one pot dish. You can leave it to bubble away into a tender, succulent meal all on it’s own.

Directions

Chop and add garlic, ginger, onion and cumin seeds to mix in the blender.
Heat oil and sauté the mixture until fragrant. Add meat curry powder, water and tomato and curry leaves, stir with low fire.
Add lamb pieces and bone, stir and add salt to taste. Gradually add water and keep stirring until the meat is thoroughly covered with sauce.
Cover cooking pot for about an hour, until lamb is tender and sauce has dried to gravy.
Serve it with rice or bread, according to your preference.
