, cut into small pieces

FairPrice Instant Oatmeal
, (for the oatmeal mixture)

Milk Powder
, (for the oatmeal mixture)

Cornflakes
, crushed, (for the oatmeal mixture)

teaspoons
Sugar
, (for the oatmeal mixture)

Directions

Combine instant oatmeal, milk powder, corn flakes and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
Heat up the olive oil spread with medium heat in a pan and stir fry the prawns for 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
In the same pan, add the rest of the olive spread, add chilli padi, curry leaves and egg yolks. Fry for 2 minutes until fragrant then add in oatmeal mixture and continue to fry for about 1 minute.
Add prawns into the mixture and stir-fry for another 1 minute before removing it from heat. Ready to serve.
