Melt the butter and pour inside the mixer with the sugar. mix using paddle attachment until consistency is gooey.
Add one egg and continue mixing.
Add all powders (flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda until dough is formed.
Grease a small cupcake pan with butter and scoop the cookie dough into the cups.
Bake for 10 minutes and as soon as you take them out of the oven, use a small shot glass to push the centre of the cookie down.
Pipe the Nutella inside the holes and swirl while it’s melting.
Let it cool in room temperature and enjoy!
