This tasty Jackfruit cake can be great to serve with tea or even as a sumptuous dessert.

Jackfruit is even better when baked into a cake. Sweet and moist and oh so delicious.

Plain Flour

Jack Fruit
, cut into thin slices

Castor Sugar

Evaporated Milk

Directions

Cream butter and castor sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs at a time and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, milk, jackfruit slices. Mix well to form batter.
Pour mixture into a big greased and lined 900g loaf tin or 2 small loaf tins.
Bake in oven 180°C for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.
