Heat oven to 107 degree Celcius.
Whisk the sugar and cocoa powder on low speed and eventually add the egg whites and creme de menthe.
Line a tray with SILPAT and pipe the mixture forming a 2-inch cookie shape one inch apart.
Top with holiday candy.
Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
