Star shape pineapple slice
, pricked with maraschino cherry and pearl tomato, (for the garnishing)
Sugared Rosemary Sprig

Directions

To make citrus syrup: Place lime and lemon zest in a heated pot.
Add sugar, lime and lemon juices. Stir briefly and pour in water. Boil into syrup over low heat. Cooled to use.
Muddle thawed strawberry with cranberry juice in a tall glass.
Add crushed ice till almost full. Slowly top with tonic water.
Pour pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, Cardamon seeds and 1 - 2 tablespoons of citrus syrup into half filled iced cocktail shaker.
Shake to mix, for about 15 - 20 seconds.
Strain and slowly pour into glass of drink mixture. Gradually top off with orange juice.
Coat Rosemary sprig with sugar. Place in mocktail.
Garnish with fruits on skewer. Serve.
