Worcestershire Sauce

Hotdog Buns
, or Hamburger buns, buttered and toasted
Cheese
, shredded, for topping

Directions

In a skillet, add a bit of oil and saute the onions and bell peppers until they are tender and cameralized.
Add the ground beef and cook over medium-high heat, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain well.
Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, BBQ sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the jalapeños and liquid. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes or until thickened.
Serve mixture on toasted buns.
