2 litres Water
1 cup fresh Ginko Nuts
3 Sea Coconut (thinly slice)
1/4 cup Candied Melon
Rock sugar / cane sugar to taste
1. Place all ingredients A into a pot, bring to boil.
2. Simmer for 1 hour
3. Add rock sugar or cane sugar to taste
