Blend chilli, spring onion, ginger, garlic, lime juice and chicken stock in a food processor until fine and there you have it, homemade chicken rice chilli! Isn’t it as easy as ABC?
5 red chili
3 chili padi
2 thumb size ginger
2 clove garlic
4cmX2 spring onion (white part)
2-4 Kalamansi lime juice
1-2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup chicken broth
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, blend till fine.
