This delicious banana cake is a simple and easy dessert to make at the comfort of your own home anytime of the day. Dust some icing sugar on top of the end product to get the perfect soft and buttery banana cake!

Directions

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
Mash up bananas in a separate bowl.
Whisk sugar and eggs with hand mixer until light and creamy. Whisk in mashed bananas.
Fold in sifted flour mixture gently, and then fold in melted butter quickly.
Pour batter into your rice cooker and cook for 3 cycles.
Remove and cool, then top with chocolate or icing sugar. Refrigerate and serve cold.
