In just a few steps, the generously flavoured bread infused in rosemary and olive oil will be ready in no time.

Ingredients

Plain Flour

Instant Yeast

Fresh Rosemary

Directions

Place dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add water and stir until a loose dough is formed.
Cover bowl with a clingfilm and leave at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
Transfer dough to a baking tray filled with a generous layer of olive oil and spread the dough to cover the tray.
Leave in a warm place and let proof for 1-2 hours.
Add more olive oil, chopped rosemary and black olives on top of the dough before baking. Cover top with aluminium foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 225 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue baking the bread for another 10 minutes until crust is brown.
