Have these refreshing popsicles on a hot afternoon or as an energy booster before heading to the gym.

It takes only three hours to freeze these little babies. So chop, mix, fill, freeze - et voilá you have a snack for yourself, your kids, your guests, your guest’s kids…

Feel free to adjust the amount of raspberries, chocolate, maple syrup and muesli to your liking.

Ingredients

Greek Yoghurt

teaspoon
Maple Syrup
1/2
cup
Frozen Raspberries
1/2
cup
Muesli
, sugar-free
1/2
cups
Dark Chocolate Shavings
A pinch of
Vanilla Powder
, optional

Directions

In a small mixing bowl combine the yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla powder. Stir till combined.
Have a taste and if you want to add a little more maple syrup do so.
Add the raspberries, chocolate shavings then the muesli and roughly stir through. Leave some bits of muesli not totally combined so you get chunks throughout the pop.
Spoon the yoghurt mixture into the popsicle moulds, put in the sticks.
Place the container in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until frozen.
